DMCA Policy for Newedge Websites
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy applies to newedge.xyz, newedge.xyz/blog, and skillz.newedge.xyz (collectively referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). 2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us, including:
- Your Contact Information: Name, email address, physical address, and phone number.
- Identification of the Removed Content: Specify the content and its location before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement of Good Faith Belief: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in our location if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
4. Limitation of Liability
In accordance with the DMCA, we are not liable for the content uploaded by users as long as we respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to infringing material when notified.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
